Love the flavor that is savory and slightly tart. It adds so much flavor to everything I cook. It’s not salty but a bit like paprika but more complex. I’m hooked on it!

The price for this is surprisingly low, considering how much syrup you get! I was a bit concerned it might not taste as good as the more expensive bottles, but I used this on ice cream and it was divine. The bourbon flavor really comes through, luckily. But it's not an overpowering flavor either. I think I'll continue to buy my maple syrup from this store and I will recommend it to my daughter as well.

Bistro Bourbon flavor was delicious on chicken. Little bit of Louisiana. I haven't tried yet on Beef yet. But looking forward to try it also. Would be interested in trying some of the other flavors.

I'm using Atlas Oil as part of my deep cleanse healing program. This oil is superb, smooth, with a mild peppery flavor. I'm taking 1 Tablespoon, twice daily. I prefer ingesting on an empty stomach, or after my a.m. tea. The healing benefits can also be obtained by adding this lovely oil to your smoothies, soups etc. I don't cook with this Atlas olive oil, but use another organic olive oil that's more than adequate.
I plan to treat my precious body to this healing oil twice daily for the forseeable future. My body Thanks me & yours will too :)
