Robust with a slight sweet finish. Just made a yummy salad dressing using this and Atlas olive oil and spices.

I received the Smokey Bacon seasoning (complimentary - thank you) with a purchase. The seasoning has a complex flavor without it being overpowered by the smokiness. It is a nice rub for salmon and chicken/turkey burgers. I could also see it sprinkled on a baked potato.

This is hands down the best olive oil I’ve ever used. Not only do I cook with it but I take it orally for additional health benefits.

We have tried a number of organic extra-virgin olive oils and Atlas is by far the best. Previously we regularly purchased the 3L tin from Amazon for almost two years but have had bad experiences with the tins arriving severely dented and damaged, even though they were wrapped well. Amazon always refunded the purchase but it was very frustrating.

We recently found Simply Gourmet and decided to try them out. We just received our first order and it was in perfect condition! The packaging was excellent. We also received a bonus product.
