This is a wonderful addition to the oil for a dipping sauce for bread. I’ve used it almost daily since receiving it.

Great taste and texture!

I received this oil and a shaker of smoky maple seasoning. It happened to arrive shortly before lunch when I was about to grill two pieces of salmon. I doused the salmon on tin foil and generously sprinkled the seasoning. Popped in the grill for 15 minutes. This was an incredibly easy meal, and I cannot believe how tasty it was. The maple came right through and the oil fried up the edges crispy. I ended up making salmon tacos with them, as of this writing I've done it twice. Amazing.

What an innovative flavor and aroma this spice has! It is truly delightful.

The bistro bourbon had so many notes, spicy, sweet and savory!! I applied it to some salmon and it turned out wonderful!!

When I received the package of oil and this Smoky Maple seasoning, I ripped into them because I happen to have a piece of salmon that was ready to grill. No brainer. I drizzled the fish and copiously loaded the surface with the seasoning. 15 minutes later they were done and I had the best salmon tacos I've ever had. The flavor of the spice came through clearly and was a delightful alternative to the standard all purpose saltiness that is out there. The oil crisped up the edges of the salmon to a wonderful crunch. This made cooking SO EASY and wow, what a great meal

Great price and delicious on pancakes.

If for whatever reason you're not sure whether to add it to your shopping cart or not, I'm here to tell you to go ahead and place that order. It is so wonderful, whether on its own or in conjunction with their wonderful olive oil (Les Terroirs De Marrakech specifically). It is fabulous in so many things. Try it with peach & burrata, or drizzle a bit over cubed watermelon, or add to a bowl of macerated strawberries (to eat as is, over ice cream or yoghurt, or a slice cake), the possibilities are endless. If you're one of those people who shies away from using vinegar because it's too acidic, this one will be your best friend.

This is a real treat. As everybody else has noted, the packaging is so lovely, but the oil itself is incredible. Wonderful for dipping simit or whichever bread you prefer, excellent for drizzling, truly delightful for lightly dressing staffed (or regular) pasta -- I would suggest that you use their equally impressive balsamic vinegar to make it really dazzling. Their prices and customer service are second to none (seriously, who else texts you after you've placed your order to give you a choice of presents, and chat with you like you're family?), I'm a customer for life.

Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The bourbon barrel aging adds a warm depth without overpowering the maple flavor. It’s not too sweet and has a subtle smokiness that works great on pancakes, waffles, and even in coffee or cocktails. You can tell it’s a quality product,,,worth the price and I’d definitely buy it again.

Best tasting olive oil in the world!

The flavor is great—you can definitely taste the bourbon—and it makes for a more complex ans ejoyable experience. A bit sweeter than I expected, but it was a pleasant surprise. The shippimg costs, however, were almost the price of the product, which in my opinion was too high.

All I can say is WOW!
What a journey for the mouth! Sweet at first, with a strong smoky flavor, and then the tiniest warmth (can't call it hot, just ever so slightly warm 😬). I've been putting this on chicken, beef, jerky, salmon, tuna, in stew, in soup, on pasta, and it's just been a flavor 💣 each time without any other seasoning or ingredients besides the base food. Simply Gourmet, this is the best Recipe in a Bottle I've tried from you guys so far! Keep it up. Can't wait to see what's next 🤗
