Crown Maple® Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

OMG! I just bought my first Bourbon Maple Syrup from Simply Gourmet at Kosher Palooza 2024, along with their EVOO and a ton of spices. Came home and made a sheet pan dinner with chicken cut into 1/8s, cubed Idaho potatoes and sliced colorful bell peppers. Seasoned the whole thing with the Bistro Bourbon spice blend and their EVOO and baked at 450 for 45 min. When it was done, I drizzled some of this bourbon maple heaven-ness (yep, invented a word) on top - pan was empty in 20 minutes! Really, really special and unique flavor. Keep them coming - can't wait for the next flavor to come out! (fruit flavored....??). Great job!

this is an excellent syrup to use on anything !! I used it on pancakes and it was a delight!! great flavour and texture for using to enhance anything you cook with or top it off with !!

My wife and I have been using Crown Maple Bourbon Barrel aged Maple syrup for 10 to 15 years now we love it if I am going to a restaurant to have pancakes I would be taking a small bottle of it with me I often do that with other foods especially when it comes to salad dressing'cause most salad dressing has seed oil in it but back to this Maple syrup there is nothing that will match it It is worth every penny you pay for it and more I sure would love to get some of the recipes that I read in the comments Think about putting up a recipe page.

Best maple syrup ever! Rich and flavorful. Not eating pancakes or waffles now but my husband does -he's picky and also loves it. It's versatile also- I am using a small amount in homemade salad dressing to give a slight hint of sweetness.

This is rich and dark and will make any other maple syrup you have taste like water! I have a catering business and use this in my marinades all the time.
Mix a bit into plain yogurt and you have a delicious and healthy dip for sliced apples!

Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The bourbon barrel aging adds a warm depth without overpowering the maple flavor. It’s not too sweet and has a subtle smokiness that works great on pancakes, waffles, and even in coffee or cocktails. You can tell it’s a quality product,,,worth the price and I’d definitely buy it again.

The flavor is great—you can definitely taste the bourbon—and it makes for a more complex ans ejoyable experience. A bit sweeter than I expected, but it was a pleasant surprise. The shippimg costs, however, were almost the price of the product, which in my opinion was too high.

The delivery of the order took longer than anticipated but fortunately, there was no real rush because we still had about a half bottle on hand.
My wife and I were initially introduced to this flavor syrup by Crown Maple through a "whim" purchase at our local Costco store and we were happy that we decided to take a chance on the purchase. Unfortunately, Costco only offers the bourbon barrel aged maple syrup on a "seasonal" basis. When they have it in stock, it is offered at a price that is around 25% less per bottle than the discounted price for a minimum purchase of two through Simply Gourmet. So we stock up at Costco when it is available because it sells out fast.
Since we were running low on what syrup that we had left, I decided to place an order from Simply Gourmet because they offered the next best price that I could find and free shipping (also I did not want to wait for the next "seasonal" availability of stock at Costco).
I also appreciated the unexpected bonus of the inclusion of a 3 oz. Bistro Bourbon spice mix, gratis.
I intend to try it out with my next rotiserrie BBQ of a chicken or maybe a rib rack.
I will purchase the bourbon barrel maple syrup again through Simply Gourmet if and when the need arises.

I love maple syrup but this one is rich and flavorful. I sometimes even take a swig straight from the bottle when I'm in the mood of something sweet! The little personal tiny bottles, which aren't so tiny!

Excellent maple syrup! The flavor is fantastic - we use it for pancakes, waffles, greek yogurt and we replace the honey in many dishes with this syrup. Highly recommended - my entire family including the kids love it!

I love this. It’s my favorite maple syrup because the bourbon makes it not too sweet, but still got this almost smoky flavor. I added two drinks, pancakes, kombucha, kefir and other recipes even granola.
