My new fave chili lime
This is a really good chili lime seasoning, it’s got a lot of flavor. I used it on chicken wings and my boys all loved it. It isn’t salty which I really appreciated. Next week I’m going to use it for fish tacos.
I've been using Atlas OO in a pan with a heaping teaspoon of crushed garlic on a low flame to cook my scrambled eggs in the morning....my cholesterol is down and talk about some savory eggs!!! Oh yea...when making guacamole I add about a tablespoon at the end (when everything is already creamy). I stir it in until I can't see the shininess of the oil. It will elevate your guacamole to a whole new level of creaminess. Oh yea...It's good for you too :-)
