It's high smoke point makes it good for cooking and baking, not just for dipping or marinates and dressings .. won't use any other olive oil brand anymore!

I had first purchased this Desert Miracle Olive Oil from a different vendor a month before. I needed more, but that vendor did not have it, so I found Simply Gourmet with a great price for the same product. This is a very excellent olive oil which can be used in many recipes, foods and salads. In addition, my wife and I enjoy the health benefits of the rich polyphenols in this olive oil. We had previously tried the Gundry Moroccan olive oil, but found its flavor to be undesirable. This one is great! Lastly, I have not had such attention to detail with customer service! There was a problem with our order which was fixed immediately! Thank you and we will be back!

This product exceeds expectations. It is smooth and great to cook with. We also take it as a medicine. It is the best olive oil I have ever used. So we subscribed to a once a month delivery. Considering all the choices we have in olive oil it is wonderful to have found the RIGHT choice.

We love this oil. It has a good olive flavor, but it is not bitter or overwhelming, so it makes an excellent choice for drizzling over...everything. I used it last night on a pasta dish that needed a little more oomph at the table. It's also more affordable than others I have purchased elsewhere.

I love this. It’s my favorite maple syrup because the bourbon makes it not too sweet, but still got this almost smoky flavor. I added two drinks, pancakes, kombucha, kefir and other recipes even granola.
