There is a certain famous doctor out there who preaches about the wonders of Moroccan olive oil. He even sells his own brand and tells you how you should be using a liter of it a week but he charges an outrageous price for a small bottle. I did my own research and Atlas olive oils are the real deal for much less money. I originally bought this stuff for the health benefits but then I discovered it is the most amazing olive oil that I have ever had! Wonderful flavor without the strong ick of other extra virgin olive oil. Simply Gourmet is a wonderful company too. When you order, you get a response that you think is computer generated but there is actually a real person sending those messages. They are more than happy to chit chat with you. I couldn't be more pleased. Great product and great people!

Since I usually prepare low sodium dishes, I like having seasonings that can be added "to taste." The Lemon Garlic Fusion is very good on the Salmon Patties and Cabbage Slaw I made, and it didn't take much to enhance the flavors.
Those are the only two things I have used it on so far, but will try it on other dishes! It is very flavorful!
