Collection: Fresh Fizz Sodas

Fresh Fizz Sodas started as a personal project rooted in our kitchen and our family. We’re Rebecca and Yoni Schwartz—a husband and wife team who set out to make better beverages using only real ingredients and no processed sugars.

Yoni originally planned to launch a canned cocktail business, but while we were waiting on our alcohol license, we decided to start with something non-alcoholic. Rebecca had a sparkling mint lemonade recipe she’d been making for years for friends and family—it was always a hit, and it felt like the perfect place to start. From there, we created other unique flavors like Hibiscus Ginger Ale and Sparkling Jalapeño Limeade, inspired by cocktail classics but made for everyday refreshment.

From the beginning, we’ve been guided by Rebecca’s passion for clean ingredients and simple, vibrant flavors. What started in a small Brooklyn space has grown into a full production facility on Long Island, where we continue to craft sodas that are bold, refreshing, and always made from real food.
