It's by far the best Olive oil I got from the US it's like the good Olive oil I had whilst I lived over a decade in Spain... It's genuine top class olive oil... Love it
I've been using Atlas OO in a pan with a heaping teaspoon of crushed garlic on a low flame to cook my scrambled eggs in the morning....my cholesterol is down and talk about some savory eggs!!! Oh yea...when making guacamole I add about a tablespoon at the end (when everything is already creamy). I stir it in until I can't see the shininess of the oil. It will elevate your guacamole to a whole new level of creaminess. Oh yea...It's good for you too :-)

Olive oil must be pure and taste good. Purity is lacking for most of the supermarket brands as they are blends of other oils or worse, refined olive oil. Given the oil is of high quality, what good is it if it tastes bland or bitter? Atlas Olive Oil is pure Moroccan oil with no fillers or additives and the taste is delicious. Just the right amount of polyphenols to give it character without it hammering your palette! Superb drizzled over a salad or heated in a casserole, this oil shines. And Simply Gourmet has it for a great price! Buy a bottle to try it and like me you’ll be ordering the 3 liter size as you use it for everything that calls for oil or butter. I’ve survived a heart attack and this is my go-to.

This olive oil is mild and smooth, and I appreciate that it comes in dark glass, so as to protect it from going rancid too early, as well as to prevent microplastic contamination. Shipping was fast too, and each bottle was very carefully wrapped. Highly recommend!
Good taste

Great olive oil been using for about 4-5 years now. We use it in everything, from salads to meals, smoothies even put in our dogs food. High in Polyphenol-Rich & with Smooth Finish and love the taste
Just received and used with french bread. Has a very good taste. I definitely would buy again. It came well packaged with expiration date clearly marked.
I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and honestly my chefs are from Sicily right off the Boat and they have been with me for over 15 years and they refuse to use any other Olive Oil I just ran out of oil and had to get another very big time Olive Oil they refused to use it . I had to call a food distributor to find out who sold it and it cost twice as much. This Olive Oil is the best on the planet in my opinion

I fell in love with this olive oil the first time I tried it! Last year, I was looking for a high-quality olive oil with high polyphenols. I researched several brands and the Atlas brand looked promising, so I gave it a try. Everything they claimed it would be was true. It's the best cold pressed EVOO I've ever had! Really. I gave my family members and my friend a bottle for Christmas. We all give it a thumbs up!
