It's by far the best Olive oil I got from the US it's like the good Olive oil I had whilst I lived over a decade in Spain... It's genuine top class olive oil... Love it

I've been using Atlas OO in a pan with a heaping teaspoon of crushed garlic on a low flame to cook my scrambled eggs in the morning....my cholesterol is down and talk about some savory eggs!!! Oh yea...when making guacamole I add about a tablespoon at the end (when everything is already creamy). I stir it in until I can't see the shininess of the oil. It will elevate your guacamole to a whole new level of creaminess. Oh yea...It's good for you too :-)

I continue to use this olive oil. It tastes great and I use it many ways including baking.

This olive oil is mild and smooth, and I appreciate that it comes in dark glass, so as to protect it from going rancid too early, as well as to prevent microplastic contamination. Shipping was fast too, and each bottle was very carefully wrapped. Highly recommend!

My recent delivery was processed before the last delivery I got 6 months ago. (older oil) I reached out to them saying I didn't want to leave a negative review explaining to them what happened. thier responce was they would replace it if "the dates I suggested " can be verified. I sent them the processing date and lot numbers on both bottles. Aparently they must have thought I made those numbers up and wanted picture proof sent to them. I don't have that option on my laptop. I will now leave negative feedback, and search out another source for my future EVOO purhases.

Just received and used with french bread. Has a very good taste. I definitely would buy again. It came well packaged with expiration date clearly marked.

I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and honestly my chefs are from Sicily right off the Boat and they have been with me for over 15 years and they refuse to use any other Olive Oil I just ran out of oil and had to get another very big time Olive Oil they refused to use it . I had to call a food distributor to find out who sold it and it cost twice as much. This Olive Oil is the best on the planet in my opinion
